Wafers of DŽIUGAS cheese

Ingredients

150g hard cheese DŽIUGAS

Preparation

Shred the cheese. Heat up a small pan approximately of the size you want your wafers to be.

As soon the pan is well-heated, spread the cheese on it, so that it covers the bottom of the pan in a thin layer. As soon as it gets crispy, turn upside down with a kitchen roller (or any other cylindrical device) and let them cool down.

When separated from the roller, cheese wafer is beautifully shaped, suitable for decoration of any dish.
