Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cream
30g hard cheese DŽIUGAS
to taste salt
to taste pepper
15g spinach
15g Rocket salad
1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a spoon of cream using a fork.
Add salt, pepper and the finely grated DŽIUGAS cheese.
Heat up the oil in a frying pan pour the omelette mass and fry until cooked.
Remove the finished omelette from the heat, put the salad over it, roll up the tube immediately and serve.
